Dubi, how about Orr's play? I liked what I saw from him. Skating better, making plays and showing that he deserves to play on the 4th line on a regular basis. After all we need his muscle.
Lastyear the refrain on him was that he couldn't play. Well he has shown great progress this preseason and he has heeded Renney's message to improve his skating and his overall skill play.

I thought Orr had an outstanding game. His two passes SHOULD have ended up with him getting at least one assist. His skating and overall game have improved tremendously.

I have to agree, Colton Orr was awesome last night! The second pass to Helminen, early in the third was a gift, too bad he couldn't bury it.

>>Kasparaitis's biggest hit was an open ice check on Miroslav Satan. Mike York came over and spoke to Kaspar after the hit. "He told me, 'You cannot hit our best player,'" Kaspar said. "I told him, 'I didn't even hit him -- it was just a little bump.'"

Satan's their best player??? Oh, man...

And I agree, that play by Orr to set up Helminen was unreal!
